This Privacy Policy describes My Coach’s policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information about you in connection with your use of My Coach’s mobile application (“App”) and desktop web browsers and the website located at www.mycoachapp.co (the “Website”). The terms “we,” “us,” and “My Coach,” refers to Globasport Inc., a corporation located in Southern California. When you use My Coach’s website, mobile application, and other content provided by us (collectively, the “Services”), you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

My Coach collects personal information to facilitate your use of the Services. “Personal Information” means information that identifies or is reasonably capable of identifying an individual, directly or indirectly, and information that is being associated with an identified or reasonably identifiable individual.

1.1 Personal Information that We Collect Directly From You

My Coach collects the following categories of information directly from you. When you input exercise and fitness data through the dashboard, the following information will enter Segment.com, Mixpanel, and MongoDb Atlas’ databases. Segment.com, Mixpanel and MongoDb Atlas are Third-Party Partners that provides a platform for My Coach to track, analysis, and store user’s progress, events measurements, and exercise regimens.

We collect this information to create your online profile, which is visible only to you and coaches you purchase a service from in order to help you track your progress.
Email Address	We collect your email address by partnering with MailerLite to send you subscription newsletters, which you can unsubscribe at any time.
Training Information Including Daily Training Goal, Weekly Training Goal, and Stats for Training Sessions Users Have Done	We collect this information to better understand how you use My Coach and to improve My Coach’s functionality.
Shared Content	Parts of the Services let you interact with other users or share content publicly, including by uploading videos and other training content, posting reviews about content, asking or answering questions, sending messages to players or coaches, or posting photos or other work you upload. Such shared content may be publicly viewable by others depending on where it is posted.
Player Payment Data	If you make purchases, we collect certain data about your purchase (such as your name, billing address, and ZIP code) as necessary to process your order and which may optionally be saved to process future orders. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment service providers, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and ZIP code. We may also receive limited information, like the fact that you have a new card and the last four digits of that card, from payment service providers to facilitate payments. For security, My Coach does not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data.
Coaches Payment Data	If you are an coach, you can link your Stripe account to the Services to receive payments. When you link a payment account, we collect and use certain information, including your payment account email address, account ID, physical address, or other data necessary for us to send payments to your account. In some instances, we may collect ACH or wire information to send payments to your account. In order to comply with applicable laws, we also work with trusted third parties who collect tax information as legally required. This tax information may include residency information, tax identification numbers, biographical information, and other personal information necessary for taxation purposes. For security, My Coach does not collect or store sensitive bank account information. The collection, use, and disclosure of your payment, billing, and taxation data is subject to the privacy policy and other terms of your payment account provider.

1.2 Data We Collect through Automated Means

The Personal Information we collect and the practices described above are done in an effort to provide you with the best experience possible, protect you from risks related to improper use and fraud, and help us maintain and improve My Coach’s mobile application and website. We may use your Personal Information to:

Provide you with My Coach’s mobile application, website and related services. My Coach uses your Personal Information to provide you with My Coach’s mobile application and website pursuant to the terms of our Terms of Use.
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements. My Coach processes your Personal Information as required by applicable laws and regulations.
Protect the security and integrity of our services. My Coach uses your Personal Information to further enhance the security of the My Coach’s mobile application and website and its supporting databases.
Provide you with customer support. My Coach processes your Personal Information anytime that you reach out to our team with issues arising from your use of My Coach’s mobile application and website.
Optimize and enhance My Coach’s mobile application and website and future development. My Coach uses your Personal Information to understand how My Coach’s mobile application and website are being used to help us improve My Coach’s mobile application and website and further develop the tool.
Process payments to coaches and other third parties (Player Payment Data; Coaches Payment Data);
Verify the identity of coaches (Account Data; Instructor Payment Data);
Market Subscription Plans to prospective customers
Learn more about you by linking your data with additional data through third-party data providers and/or analyzing the data with the help of analytics service providers
Improve our Services and develop new products, services, and features
Analyze trends and traffic, track purchases, and track usage data
Other business purposes. My Coach may use your information for additional purposes if that purpose is disclosed to you before we collect the information or if we obtain your consent.

3. How We Share the Information We Collect

We share certain data about you with coaches, other players,, companies performing services for us, My Coach affiliates,, analytics and data enrichment providers. We may also share your data as needed for security, legal compliance, or as part of a corporate restructuring.

We may share your data with third parties under the following circumstances or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

Third-Party Service Providers. My Coach may share your Personal Information with Third-Party Service Providers Third-Party Service Providers for business or commercial purposes. Your Personal Information may be shared so that they can provide us with services, including identity verification, security threat detection, customer support, data analytics, event tracking, push notifications, email marketing, information technology, data processing, network infrastructure, and storage. My Coach share your Personal Information with these service providers only so that they can provide us with services, and we prohibit our service providers from using or disclosing your Personal Information for any other purpose. Research. Any research and analysis done or shared is solely with the intent to better the platform offerings.
Third-Party Partners. My Coach may partner with some of its Third-Party Service Providers, but My Coach does not intend on sharing information not related to your interactions with any of our Third-Party Service Providers.
Law Enforcement. My Coach may be compelled to share your Personal Information with law enforcement, government officials, and regulators.
Corporate Transactions. My Coach may disclose Personal Information in the event of a proposed or consummated merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar corporate transaction, or in the event of a bankruptcy or dissolution.
Professional Advisors. My Coach may share your Personal Information with our professional advisors, including legal, accounting, or other consulting services for purposes of audits or to comply with our legal obligations.
Consent. My Coach may share or disclose your information with your consent.
With Your Instructors: We share data that we have about you (except your email address) with coaches or for training content you access so they can improve their training sessions for you and other players. This data may include things like your country, browser language, operating system, device settings, the site that brought you to My Coach, and certain activities on My Coach, like training data.. We will not share your email address with coaches.
With Other Students and Instructors: Depending on your settings, your shared content and profile data may be publicly viewable, including to other players and coaches.

4. Jurisdiction-Specific Rules

4.1 Information for Nevada Residents

Nevada law (SB 220) requires website operators to provide a way for Nevada consumers to opt out of the sale of certain information that the website operator may collect about them. My Coach does not sell your personal information to third parties as defined in Nevada law, and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law. 4.2 Information for California Residents

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits consumers who are California residents, to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the categories of personal information (as defined in the Shine the Light law), if any, that we disclosed in the preceding calendar year to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Our disclosure requirements apply only if we share our consumers’ personal information with third parties for them to directly market their own products to those consumers, instead of assisting us with our own business. My Coach does not share our consumers’ personal information with third parties for them to directly market their own products to those consumers.

4.3 Information for Subjects of the EU General Data Protection Regulations

This website and App may be viewed by members of the European Union, but are not targeted for use by EU persons. If you are an EU person, you should not provide any personal information to us through this website or App. This website and App are intended primarily for U.S. Internet users who are interested in My Coach’s services.

5 Children’s Privacy for Children Under Age of 13

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its rules (collectively, “COPPA”) require us to inform parents and legal guardians (as used in this section, “Parents”) about our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information from children under the age of 13 (“Children”). Children can access many parts of the App and its content and use many of its features without providing us with personal information. A child must provide us with the following information to register with this website: the child’s first and last name, age, gender, training information including daily training goal, weekly training goal, and stats for training sessions users have done.. We also require the child to create a member name and password. We may request additional information from your child, but this information is optional. We specify whether information is required or optional when we request it.

We use technology to automatically collect information from our users, including children, when they access and navigate through the Website and App and when they use certain features. The information we collect through these technologies may include:

One or more persistent identifiers that can be used to recognize a user over time and across different websites and online services such as the user’s name, position, profile picture, current team, graduation year, height, weight, and gender.

Information that identifies a device’s location (geolocation information).

We also may combine non-personal information we collect through these technologies with personal information about you or your child that we collect online.

5.4 How We Use Your Child’s Information

We use the personal information we collect from your child to:

register him or her with the Website and App;
communicate with him or her about activities or features of the Website and App that may be of interest;
track his or her performance in games or other activities;
and improve the Website and App

We use the information we collect automatically through technology (see Automatic Information Collection and other non-personal information we collect to improve our Website and App and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
Store information about the child’s preferences, allowing us to customize the content according to individual interests.

5.5 Our Practices For Disclosing Children’s Information

5.6 Social Features

The Website and App offers social features, including following other users, posting their stats, accomplishments, and recent workout activity, that enable children to interact with others on or through the App. We do not control the types of information your child can send or post through the App. We encourage parents to educate their children about safety online and to carefully monitor their children’s use of social features to ensure they do not disclose their personal information through them.

5.7 Accessing and Correcting Your Child’s Personal Information

At any time, you may review the child’s personal information maintained by us, require us to correct or delete the personal information, and/or refuse to permit us from further collecting or using the child’s information.

You can review, change, or delete your child’s personal information by:

Logging into your child’s account and visiting his or her account profile page.

6. Manging Your Settings

My Coach offers various ways to manage the notifications you receive. You may also unsubscribe to our emails by following the instructions contained at the bottom of marketing or promotional emails. Any administrative or service-related emails (to confirm a purchase, or an update to this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service, etc.) generally do not offer an option to unsubscribe as they are necessary to provide the Services you requested.

7. Security

My Coach seeks to use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect your information within our organization from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, and/or destruction. We take reasonable steps to ensure that all data we process is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current to the extent necessary for the purposes for which we use it. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. 10. Retention of Information

We retain information as long as it is necessary to provide the Services to you and others, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the Services or until your account is deleted. In addition, you can delete some items of information (e.g., profile information) and you can remove individual activities from view on the Services without deleting your account. For example, after you withdraw your consent to My Coach processing your health-related information, My Coach will delete all health-related information you upload. Following your deletion of your account, it may take up to 90 days to fully delete your personal information and system logs from our systems. Additionally, we may retain information to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the Terms of Service and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information connected to you that is no longer necessary and relevant to provide our Services may be de-identified or aggregated with other non-personal data to provide insights which are commercially valuable to My Coach, such as statistics of the use of the Services.
